I saw Shrek yesterday. Wow what a cool movie. I suppose it may just be me, but that was just great... even if the story was predictable.
I loved the music too. As soon as I got home I downloaded the soundtrack, and I can't stop listening to it!

Spencer and I are going to see it again this morning (gotta love that $3.75 first showing admission), and I'll probably go see it again tuesday. Definately wont go Monday tho, Memorial Day is one of the biggest movie days of the year. it'll be pure hell at the theater.

Well Spencer and I didn't do anything extra special tonight, but it sure felt good to be out on our own, with our own freedom.

Automobile excitement aside, we had a few problems today. The landlady came by while both Mom and I were out, and looked at the lot next door. We are supposed to keep it clean and well trimed, and apperently she didn't think it was. Nevermind the fact that I mowed it not even a week ago... She's all freaked out that the city is gonna fine us, over a few mustard weeds in the middle of the lot. Sheesh
Question: Is it a general rule that superintendants have to be jerks? Of the 5 we've had, only one wasn't a bitch.

I finally got my car registered... WOOOHOOO! Finally, I'm no longer limited by the confines of the parental taxi. I'm picking up Spencer when he get's off work, and we're gonna go celibrate some how. No clue what we're gonna do, but we'll think of something.

I woke up this morning and the ear that's been stuffed up for the past week popped twice! I've almost got my hearing back, HURRAH! now lets just hope it stays that way for the rest of the day.

Well I took my car in for a smog test yesterday. Didn't even get that far, the guy instantly told me it wouldn't pass. The engine was running too fast while it idled, and I guess that effects the results of the test. So we dug around in it for a while, and discovered that the vacume hoses on the emmitions system were hooked up all wrong.
The guy says that it's gonna cost atleast $80 to repair it, but luckily I got a friend who's a mechanic. He's coming over thursday to make the repairs.

Now if only I could get over the dang cold/flu/whatever.
